(with elderflower syrup) on lovely Monday.

Elderflower syrup

Elderflower syrup is made from extracted elderflower blossoms with sugar. The syrup will be diluted with sparkling water, wine or champagne. I love it!

It's also great for a panna cotta!  That's what I'm trying next with my syrup.

in a "green" dressing,
here with garden sorrel, burnet ( Sauerampfer und Pimpinelle) and creme.

Or better in a bouquet...can't make a decision, I like both! Enjoy:-) 
(The dressing is even great with fish).
